2021 PINNACLE BUSINESS AWARDS

This award is presented to the individual who has demonstrated throughout the year the exceptional qualities that are needed in managing a successful business or organization. The nominee should be a visionary and possess outstanding leadership attributes that include an ethical business practice, a record of outstanding corporate citizenship, a proven record of business accomplishments and a commitment to the highest standards of management that have led to their organization being distinguished as among the very best.

This award is presented to the entrepreneur who has demonstrated outstanding leadership and tenacity in managing all facets of business to include growth and profit and employee number coupled with such factors as degree of innovation, development of creative and ingenious product or service, exceptional selling techniques and extent of expansion into local markets. This person should be in business no less than two years.

This award is presented to the individual that has demonstrated throughout the year a strong record of community involvement. The recipient must have demonstrated an overall community service effort that includes actual service and projects with program policies and a corporate vision that supports those activities. The recipient, through his/her various efforts, will have served to advance an initiative that has improved the quality of life for Queen Anne's County and helped cultivate a greater sense of "community" among business.

This award is presented to the organization that has demonstrated outstanding environmental awareness throughout the past year. This awareness may include, but is not limited to, financial support or employee involvement in community environmental activities, purchase and use of recycled products in daily operations, development and promotion of environmentally responsive programs and use of environmental.

This award is presented to the organization that has demonstrated outstanding vision and groundbreaking solutions by partnering with another group to solve/improve a business or community challenge.
